We would like to announce that after 10+ years of service to the surety department at Haughn & Assoc., Alan DuPuis has chosen to retire to the sunny state of Florida. We would like to thank him for his endless commitment to our partnered clients surety needs and congratulate him on reaching the point in which he can retire and spend a much deserved retirement in Tampa Florida. His last day at Haughn will be March 16, so please feel free to wish him well on his new journey.
Although we will miss Alan, we are prepared to make a smooth transition in the bond department. Kima Brehm came to us in January with over 20 years experience in the surety industry with two other agencies. Kima brings a wealth of surety knowledge and has quickly become a part of our team at Haughn & Assoc. We will make sure that all of our partnered clients have the opportunity to be introduced to our new teammate. Also, many of you have been working with Chad Dougherty. He has been working closely in the bond department for the last four years with Alan. We are very confident with the team that Alan has helped us build during the succession of this department. As in the past, Michael and I will continue to assist the bond department and are always available to our clients.
