A graduate of Miami University, Mitch is well-versed in the intricacies of accounting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. His expertise spans everything from financial reporting and compliance to strategic financial planning, making him an invaluable resource for both the company and its clients. Mitch earned the Certified Public Accountant license in 2018 (currently inactive status).

Known for his quick thinking and analytical mindset, Mitch thrives in high-stakes environments, providing insightful financial guidance that drives informed decision-making. His leadership and technical proficiency make him a trusted advisor, ensuring financial stability and success.

Outside of work, Mitch enjoys golf and traveling the world with his wife.

Eileen Barrett joined Haughn & Associates in October 2021, bringing her passion for problem-solving and dedication to helping others. She spent two years as an Account Manager on the commercial team before transitioning into an operations role, where she now focuses on optimizing processes and supporting the company’s growth.

A graduate of Southern Methodist University, Eileen played lacrosse at the collegiate level and continues to stay involved in the sport. She has coached girls’ lacrosse for years and made a lasting impact as the head varsity coach at Bishop Watterson, leading the team to its first state championship while earning Coach of the Year honors two years in a row.

Outside of work, Eileen enjoys traveling, painting, and exploring new restaurants. Most recently, she’s been busy with her newest adventure—raising her playful English Cream Golden Retriever, Reggie.

Cheryl Eichner joined Haughn & Associates in April 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from her career as an Executive Administrative Assistant. Her diverse background spans Commercial Lending at a major bank, Probate Law, serving as an Architect’s Assistant, managing a major Real Estate firm’s office, and most recently, working in the insurance industry as an Administrative Coordinator.

Originally from Centerville, Ohio, Cheryl and her husband have been married for over 36 years and moved to Dublin seven years ago, where they’ve built strong ties within the community. She enjoys staying active with her church, Bunco nights, book club, water aerobics, and daily walks with her two Schnoodles, Lucy and Dixie.
