Jan joined Haughn & Associates in 2001 as the agency’s Director of Marketing and is a licensed Florida resident. She is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising and Marketing. Her previous experience includes over 25 years in the jewelry industry, working as president of a regional jewelry chain. Jan is dedicated to building the most successful partnerships and expanding our network connections. She splits her time between Naples, FL and Columbus and is the widow of Michael Haughn.

Steve joined Haughn & Associates in September 2014 and leads the Commercial, Surety and Agricultural departments within Haughn & Associates. His efforts are focused on building and servicing clients in commercial, surety and personal policy lines. Along with his Property and Casualty Insurance License, Steve also holds the designation of Accredited Advisor in Insurance, which gives him an in-depth knowledge of coverages and a strong focus on customer service. While keeping industry and customer service a high priority, Steve also sits on the Safety Committee Board for the Central Ohio ABC in an effort to be a resource and advocate for its members and his clients.

Steve joined Haughn & Associates in July of 2015. Steve is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for employee benefit solutions including new sales and support. His past experience includes 14 years as both a Senior Sales Executive and Consultant for large and small insurance firms on the carrier and consulting side of the business sector. He has extensive experience in formulating strategic financial guidance and risk management analysis to prospects and clients as well as executing the client strategy. Steve is currently licensed in Health & Accident, Life and Variable Annuities. He attended The Ohio State University.

Amy joined the Haughn & Associates Team in November of 2017 as the Office Manager and Project Coordinator. She graduated from Wittenberg University in 1991 with a degree in Speech and English and a minor in Creative Arts. Prior to joining H&A, for 10 years, Amy served as a Project Manager and Client Development Coordinator, where she focused on ensuring that clients were always a priority. Outside of the office, Amy is a devoted mom to two wonderful boys and spends her free time as a child advocate for children with dyslexia and tutors children at the family homeless shelter.

Chad has experience working on both sides of the fence in the construction industry; before his role at H&A, he worked for years as a superintendent for Continental Building Co. and as a successful business owner of CMD General Contractor. He holds an Ohio Life, Health & Annuity license as well as a Property and Casualty license. In his spare time, Chad is an avid hunter and fisherman and currently resides in Hilliard with his wife and two children.

Grace joined Haughn & Associates in October 2015. Grace graduated from The Ohio State University in 2009, with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and a minor in Business. Her previous experience has been in customer service and general management. At Haughn, she has excelled in several departments and is now a Senior Account Manager in Commercial Lines.

Rachel Stone is a dually- licensed insurance agent practicing in the state of Ohio.  Having held various positions within the independent insurance agency setting since 2003, her current primary focus is Commercial Lines Property & Casualty sales & service.  Rachel joined the Haughn & Associates team in February 2015 as a Commercial Lines Account Manager and was appointed as Team Leader, Senior Account Manager to the Specialized Commercial Lines unit (established May 2019).  The Specialized Commercial Lines (SCL) unit provides quick-turnaround,  high-service level insurance expertise to small and mid-sized businesses.  The Specialized Commercial Lines unit continually strives to implement innovative industry automation to best streamline applicable processes, while maintaining consistent, clear, positive and exceptional insured -agent relationship.

Rachel holds a national Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation through the National Alliance (2013) and has also completed course work in their national Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) program (2015 – 2018).  Rachel is a 2003 graduate from Capital University’s Conservatory of Music, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Music Industry.  In her free time, she enjoys staying active with her husband and two young children.  Rachel resides in Westerville, Ohio.

Claire Fischer joined Haughn & Associates in October 2020 and currently serves in the Commercial Lines Associate Account manager role, holding her Property & Casualty Insurance License. A proud University of Dayton graduate (’18), Fischer spent her time prior to Haughn working in college athletics. She resides in Dublin, Ohio.

Austin joined Haughn & Associates in March 2021. He specializes in Marketing and is a graduate of The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business (’21). Austin spent his time prior to joining the Haughn family working as a personal trainer at Ohio State and brings his passion for helping people reach their goals. Tim joined Haughn & Associates in August of 2015. He began his insurance career in 1975 and brings experience in sales, account management, marketing, and underwriting to H&A. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University and is licensed in Life, Accident, and Health. He holds professional designations as a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Registered Employee Benefits Consultant REBC. Eileen joined Haughn & Associates in October of 2021. Eileen graduated from Southern Methodist University with a major in Journalism and a minor in Advertising. While at Southern Methodist University, she played women’s lacrosse and was a part of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. Outside of work she enjoys coaching, she is the head varsity coach for the Bishop Watterson High School girls lacrosse program. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, painting, trying new restaurants, and playing her German Shepherd/Black Lab rescue puppy, Oakley. Eileen is excited to dive into the insurance industry to help customers with all their insurance needs to help make a difference!
